The breakfast offered a great selection, and the location of the hotel was convenient, close to both the airport and the city center. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The parking instructions were unclear, and the parking area was dark and unsafe. The rooms were not serviced daily, and we had to use the same towel for our entire stay.

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast and convenient location. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the early check-in we were provided. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The friendly staff really made the holiday experience! They're always ready to help and have a fantastic restaurant attached. the location was perfect - we were in the middle of the airport and the main square which made access extremely easy and fast. the breakfast was amazing and definitely enough to keep you going until lunchtime!
Although the location was amazing and the staff was great, some aspects were not as good. There was poor communication as the majority of staff spoke little to no English.

The hotel is conveniently located in between the airport and the city's main square, making transportation easy. Breakfast is great with multiple options available. the staff is friendly and willing to provide an early check-in if needed.
The hotel rooms and services are not up to the expected standards for the high price point. the rooms are not serviced daily, and amenities such as hand towels and shampoo are not always provided.
